Luminescent Cell Viability Detection Kit
Cat No. | RQPH0004 | |||
Descripition | Luminescent Cell Viability Detection Kit is a cell viability detection reagent based on luciferase system. Adding this product to cell culture causes cells to lyse, releasing ATP and emitting a stable "glow" signal. The number of metabolically active viable cells was determined by quantitative measurement of ATP content after cell lysis. The schematic diagram of the kit detection principle is as follows:

Protocol | ||||
1. Preparation of detection reagents Melt this product at 4°C or room temperature before use. (Do not melt above 25℃ to avoid weakening of activity) After the reagents have equilibrated to room temperature, mix the reagents by gently inverting them. 2. Cell viability detection ·Leave detection reagents and test cell samples at room temperature for 30 minutes and equilibrate to room temperature. ·Add an equal volume of detection reagent to the test cell sample. 96-well plate detection system, add 100 μL detection reagent to 100 μL culture medium. ·Shock at 1200 rpm for 5 minutes before measurement. Full shaking will result in better results. ·Leave at room temperature for 10 minutes to stabilize the luminescence signal before detection. 3. Notes ·In a 96-well plate cell culture system, 100 μL/well cells are reacted with an equal volume of this reagent, and the total volume is 200 μL. ·Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
